This has been in the works for quite some time. Back in 2016 he was working connected through wikileaks emails to Tom DeLonge who used to be the singer from Blink 182 and since had started some UFO "To The Stars" foundation for research: https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/2125
