Three Gorges Dam and Crypto Mining question...

If we all suspect that the Three Gorges Dam will be destroyed in order to take out the CIA crypto mining taking place under it,....why would the CIA just move the cyptro farm before the dam is destroyed?

Three Gorges has almost unlimited power, there is nowhere else in the world that cuuld mine as much Bitcoin for free as the 3 gorges dam could.

They cant move it because there is nowhere else in the world that could mine this much for free.
