Woke phrases. This generation of teachers have been thoroughly indoctrinated by the Marxists. Any teachers who are not woke please fight this Narrative. Or please move to a private school. I know all the usual...my job....my money...we parents and teachers need to stand up for truth!

They created a woke pipeline many years ago. This is how it worked. Colleges had special admissions programs for minorities. Many of these people could not cut it in regular colleges so when they got into these programs in a regular college they were coddled with special introductory courses that consisted only of diversity students. These diversity students lived in the same dorms, took the same classes had individually assigned counselors to make sure they succeeded in college. After 1 and 2 year honeymoon period was over they were put into regular classes. When they couldnt cut it in the regular classes they ran to their counselors who promptly funneled them into teaching degrees.

The two years of special classes was a brilliant move as it cemented the idea into these kids heads that they were half way there and just needed to adjust their goals slightly and could teach the next generation and earn a good living.

On top of this programs were started for inner city schools where these pipeline teachers could get cushy jobs where their student loans would be paid off by the city if they promised to teach for 5 years or something similar. You also have the narrative of poor underpaid teachers. Well if you only make $60k per year but your 150k student loan is paid off, thats a big payday that doesnt go on your paycheck.

They used a tactic from Gods book, where much is forgiven there is much to be thankful for. These people are in their pocket for life.
