Guys, thats our money he is doing it with! Eventually America will have to clean up (pay) for this and other Sins of the Blue States!
They had to do something with all the money the feds keep giving them to prop up that failed, miserable excuse for a state government.

Wait. Does it go to the original owners? If the original owners sold the place they were renting, is it the new owners who gets the money? Lots of people had to sell their sht as a result of the flu.
Me, I lost a years rent from a couple that had problems before the covid. They were telling me they hoped to catch up because they both just got hired full time. They have the rent they are choosing not to pay rent. They did get a newer car a projector to have movies in their yard and all kinds of expensive gadgets.
They are going after land in a big way. If they are found guilty of crimes against humanity or treason, we the people get it all back. Between Gates and China that's a lot of land that will become available. And I don't think in the near future there will be housing shortages, especially where ever the vaxed live.
