"In the beginning, God created the HEAVENS and the Earth." He created the Heavens first, and as we all know that refers to ALL** the other celestial bodies out there. Adam was the first to sin on Earth, so why would his sin effect any other planet and God's creations there?

I think it depends on which Bible you read. In KJV it's Heaven and Earth and NIV its Heavens and Earth.
