Shut 'em down -CIA, FBI, etc. Shows what kind of shape the country is in when we cannot trust those agencies who are supposed to watching out for us. Bill Donovan, Allan Dulles, J. Edgar Hoover all started this shadow gov't. Guessing it was at the behest of the founders of the Federal Reserve.
