Work dropped the mask policy today. Here in Michigan the frontline has been rough.
My work only dropped it for vaxed employees and you have to upload the vax card and you get a sticker for being vaxed.
What? No lollipop?
It started that way for us. I told them they will have to fire me if the jab is required. Held my ground. These businesses are terrified of the health department miosha in our case.
I pray i remain firm in my convictions. I rejoice in the Lord daily.
When boss man (who ive always respected) popped into my office a couple months ago and told me i would be put on leave until i got the jab. I lost my cool. After our confrontation boss man and i hashed it out and saw eye to eye. Told him i will not roll over like a bitch for anyone about this.
I think in hindsight a low key resistance may have been a better approach.
Well I’m not getting it and this is what they decided to do. I’ll just have to wear a mask and be prepared to quit if it comes down to it.
