It's a few hours since the news broke. Everything is fucking speculation at this point. However at least we have a library of autist-sourced screen caps of McAfee's posts and Q posts foreshadowing the event.

There is literally a fucking Q picture on his Instagram you muts! What do you expect? "Nothing to see here folks".
