130am. Look carefully at the top/middle/near bottom window flashes of the part of the building going down in it's footprint. Also, the flashes at the top part of the one on the left. Notice the blackened middle areas on the center 2 piling break points of the part that did not fall. It was ALL meant to go down. The circuit(s) was/were interrupted. The "surveillance" camera was shaking. That was a controlled demolition. It had 130 condos. There would be a minimum of 150 casualties if there was an avg 2 people per condo. But very blue Volusia, Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties are notorious for false flags. Just sayin'.
