So how does it work if they ran together and Trump is reinstated? I mean technically didn't 80mil + people also vote for Pence? Could Trump just pick someone else without a new election?

He'd be VP. However there are all the down votes for Senate/House involved too and as so many ballots are missing/fake it will be hard to say who won there.

Best bet would be a new election. He could pick a new VP then.
