It will take much, much longer than 30 seconds.

I am a bit irritated, and when I'm irritated, the shots I take, while fatal, are not instantaneously fatal, and I am a son-of-a-bitch about paybacks.

No, it will take days ... long, drawn out, days. I will show them, the same mercy they gave the helpless in the retirement homes, the same mercy they showed the kids in cages, the same mercy that was shown to the young girls being sold to the highest bidder.
