I think it is very believable... He wasn't spying for some altruistic purpose. He clearly did so out of spite and happened upon said info. And he is wealthy enough to not give a fuck... That is NOT the sane thing as being crazy.

What you are saying is untrue....for example:

...what are Q drops? Are they 100 truth. Nope. Are they "true" yes. Are their purposeful lies/non-truths? Yes. Are there purposeful truths? Yes.
