Because Pence should be hung/shot by 2024 for treason by then I would think.

I think Flynn is too valuable to be a VP. He needs to head intelligence. He needs to clean out or get rid of the FBI and CIA. I'm rooting for JFK, Jr. but I'm sure I'll be attacked for that one.
