Mexico's history is truly fascinating. This issue of corruption is internal. How exactly would the U.S. correct corruption in Mexico? The United States assisted invariably or knowingly in this Mexican corruption.

We have immense corruption in U.S. NAFTA is the cornerstone. Since the USMCA is so new I can not get a gauge of how that will assist or root out corruption.
