I agree with this. I heard Putin one time discussing “newly elected U.S. Preidents” and their election promises and policies and why Russia has no reason to be involved in affecting U.S. elections —

“They say many things to get elected but soon after they are sworn in the guys with dark glasses and briefcases come to meet with them to talk things over about foreign policy”.

No doubt he was referring to them though.
