Q is well known enough that if you didn’t want to associate with it, you would simply say a dozen or more times or like less than two dozen.
And clearly they know about Q because folks were saying that no Q shirts were allowed at the rally.
I think that's been policy for a while and actually a smart one given how the DS is trying to use "Qanon" for false flags. The mockingbird media would be all over someone in a Q shirt starting a ruckus.
