I wrote Noem off when she caved to Amazon and the NCAA over the transgender sports issue after she stated that she supported the ban. As soon as the legislature passed the bill she got the call from the big money and then suddenly starting voicing problems with the bill. She looked solid from a distance but the closer you look at her she starts to fall apart.
