The whole point here is that they have to defend against all of these at the same time and the GME Short Squeeze is draining resources.
edit: and you want to account for the fact that they have an agenda to pursue at the same time. They need to push vaccination, gun control, CRT etc. They have too much to do on offense AND defense with limited resources and limited time. White Hats just have to sit still and appear weak until the DS collapses.
