Don't need leaked docs, these people don't hide any more. I've called every lockdown weeks in advance in my country just by public holidays and emergency power expiration dates. It's so consistent I have literally made work plans around it and say shit like "nah, that's not a good time, we are due for a lockdown around then".

I'm sure your own countries have similar patterns.
