Government has confused us all but some more than others. Those that drank the Koolade don't have a clue about anything, to obscure that fact they join the government akin to Stockholm Syndrome. The worse end up running heath agencies in a weird attempt to disguise their confusion and be a role model of normalcy. Unfortunately it doesn't work.
