Can anyone confirm the source?

This seems to be inauthentic, meaning a recent creation meant to look like it's from the 30s, not that the content isn't true.

That said, I think you are being unnecessarily defensive, as it was a genuine and reasonable question about authenticity of the video, not the message, nor you, who posted it.
