no, sorry, the infrastructure bill would not cover private enterprise. this is a condo.

besides, they're not hiding the money-laundering -- only 3% of the infrastructure bill would go to things you would expects - roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, etc. the rest are handouts owed to people/organizations who control Congress.
