He spoke of the American citizens arming themselves solely for the purpose of rebelling against their government and stated firmly that you don't have a chance doing that because you don't have fighter jets and nuclear weapons.

Joe Biden openly threatened military force against his own people. Please do your best to articulate his message any other way.
