Science has not demonstrated very long term (i.e. years) flu immunity. No one has. Antibodies go down after a while. Big pharma at first oversold their vaccine immunity capability and now they are talking booster jabs all the time.
Flu virus change and there are so many of them. The response is highly variable. Push yourself hard (like Army recruits etc, flu among recruits is a well known thing) and you may end up sick with flu.
So folks need to keep their immune system strong and healthy. A good long term strategy to protect yourself. (It's not immunity though, but you avoid risk of the jabs.) Work yourself to death and you will still get flu.
