MEDIA COMMS In Global Media outlets

TLDR scroll to bottom!

Interesting use of "Delta Force" appeared in Irelands main news site. First, look at the head of news, ever a glowing (in the dark) resume:

RTÉ has announced Jon Williams as its new Managing Director of News and Current Affairs.

Mr Williams has been Managing Editor, International News, at ABC News in New York since March 2013, where he shaped the organisation's international news coverage and strategy.

He led ABC's reporting of the war in Ukraine, the European refugee crisis, and the coverage of the ISIS terrorist attacks in Europe, as well as driving innovation, including the use of 360 and virtual reality video.

Mr Williams was the BBC's UK News Editor during the 2005 general election and 7/7 terror attacks on the London transport network, coverage of which was recognised with a BAFTA award.

From 2000-2003 he was the Deputy Editor of the BBC's Six O'Clock News, the UK's most-watched news programme.

Most recently he was the BBC’s World News Editor, managing a staff of 200 people in 30 different countries.

Before leaving the BBC, he oversaw the reporting of the civil war in Syria, which earned him a second Emmy, and was honoured with the 2013 International Prize by the Royal Television Society.

Ok now on to the Comms:

"Variant of concern: Can we repel the Delta force?"

We have faced many battles over these past 15 months, from viral forces in the world around us and even struggles within ourselves. Some of these fights have also been against misinformation, untruths and those who seek to sow hysteria.

Keeping a sense of perspective is important, in assessing the risk posed by new variants of concern and in particular the Delta variant, first identified in India.

Since our first engagement with the coronavirus enemy last year, significant intelligence has been gathered on the threat it poses and we are much better armed to fight. The question now is – can we repel the Delta force?

You can read the entire thing but the opening reads like comms.

If you look at Ireland, they have all the US big tech, FB, Goog, Apple, M$oft and even Big Pharma with Pfizer and others. They run some super low corporate tax scheme and Trump wanted to get all this back and all that tax money but maybe he was outing the game by pointing it out. China and Ireland are balls deep with Big Pharma.

The main point here is that Special Ops (Delta Force is one) was put back into military command, remember?

Also check out Delta Force logo/patch it's a dagger in a Head of a Spear - TIP OF THE SPEAR! Looks like that. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Delta_Force

Didn't John John have a smiler dagger tattoo? Here is a DF patch form eBay - https://i.ebayimg.com/images/i/201839300321-0-1/s-l1000.jpg

Do and search and you will find more examples.

There was a lot of mesaging about Tip of the Spear hand signs recently too.

One of the great challenges in our war with coronavirus has been the unknown. The lack of certainty has unnerved people who by nature want to be able to plan. People just want to return to pre-Covid days, when the world looked a lot different. However, this incredible period with the virus has left its mark on everyone and things can never quite be the same again.

It's weird how they use the term war with coronavirus, you could read that as using coronavirus to wage war. Trump spoke of the "invisible enemy", is this "invisible enemy" comms are they trying to reassure their base here?

Can the DS repeal the Delta force? If you read this, they say they have new intelligence and can do it. What is the plan? Shut the net down? FF?

Looks like there is comms everywhere in the media. What do folks think?

Has anyone seen the term "Delta Force" use in relation to the "Delta Variant"? I tried a search but only this article came up in top search results. The use of "Delta" has always been stand out. Always thought it was comms on some level. Screw with keywords and Q Deltas.

TLDR?

Ireland news site used for DS comms. Trying to deal with gorwing PANIC?
