Is it legal for members of my states house of reps to block me from emailing them? I didnt make any threats, just told them they are spineless faggots if they dont do a forensic audit.

Lawyer here and I agree. In a Constitutional Republic you should be able to stand on any street corner and say it though. Anyone who says otherwise or says "hate speech" hasn't read Sullivan v NYT. Insults are constitutionally protected speech.
