Just heard from someone who watches Tucker. Apparently the whistleblower was reading his conversations about future shows as proof.

I believe we are all being spied on by the NSA, they just don't have reason to pay attention to most of us. Guarantee if someone goes off the rails, the NSA will be able to dig up every text, email, and phone call they've made. Wouldn't be admissible in court but they have it all.

It's called parallel construction. You learn this on reddit when it comes up every year or so.
