Hope it is. If Audit would be to september or longer then we shouldn't blame anybody for no longer trusting Q plan ! Audit is in only one state for now,and looks for me already very long,so long like it would be in some state-owned post-socialist company or university in Poland being much more infested by bureaucratic socialist cancer than USA...
Of course Q states that worst case shall be shown - but people are starting to freak out not without reason. For now however,even if it is looking REALLY BAD - TRUST THE PLAN & prepare,prepare,prepare to have backup plan too - having backup plan would make you less nervous,and safer even if people from government being here to help would ever fuck something...
