For the past couple of weeks in my town, many of the stores here haven't had the chance to restock items, leaving many empty shelves. There are three regular stores I frequent where I have talked to the employees, and they confirmed that regular shipments aren't coming in, or they only have half the items that are usually delivered. Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon? I remeber that there was talk of a planned food shortage in the U.S on GAW about two months or so ago, so it definitely piqued my curiosity after personally encountering some weird situations.

I worked at Kohls for 7 years while I went to college pt to do what I am doing now. I am so glad I left retail. For the most part it was okay and I got lots of exercise walking a minimum of 5 miles on a busy day. I think everyone needs to work retail for a year to know how difficult it can be to work with the public.
I found that by being a gas station clerk while in college. Never again will I have a job dealing with the general public.
