They toss us small cases that don't impact the majority of people while ignoring things that actually impact people. Ruled 9-0 on Catholics refusing adoption to homosexuals while tossing the trans bathroom case.
So many corrupt judges... Even if he gets to the SCOTUS on appeals, they can just toss it out with less than a glance.
Until a definite ruling comes out, it is hard to celebrate any small win in the Judicial branch right now.
This wasn't a small win. It was in District Court. Everyone expected a District Court judge in Minneapolis, would not allow Mike's suit against Dominion to go forward. Now he can lay out every bit of his discovery in court and Dominion will have to try and defend.
I think you misunderstand me. Everything is a small win until it manifests off the paper they wipe their asses with.
Until DAMAGES are REMEDIED, even a ruling in favor of a group means nothing. We have to see it in action.
Sure, I'm actually elated it is moving forward. But the entire court system is rigged against us, even to the final paper the ruling is written on. They give themselves outs and loopholes to ignore the ruling, we've seen this time and time again.
Bylines and fine print are everywhere, and even this ruling is going to be appealed and delayed over and over again to drag it out as long as possible.
In other words, not only am I'm not counting my hens before they hatch, I'm not counting them until they start laying eggs themselves.
Thats why I asked the question. I saw Mike on Bannon's program this morning announcing his victory and zero mention of it anywhere. I tried ALL of the usual search engines, including the duck one, and nada. I was hoping someone might have found something and instead get nothing but snark.

Because it looks like there isn't any update since 6/11/2021. It may be that most places won't report until there's official notice through things like this and PACER and if the case has changed but not been officially updated in the docket, I just don't know enough to know how or if that could happen.
