What day was the US Constitution signed?

Who was born (many years later) the next day?

There is a hidden message under the clock if you highlight this area:

Well, I think I know what the countdown is for.

What day was the US Constitution signed? September 17, 1787

Who was born (many years later) the next day? (September 18)

This question was harder. I looked at presidents, politicians, scientists, etc., and nothing jumped out at me. Until I went here:

There has been a metric ton of decoded deadlines. One more wouldn't hurt. On these things, nobody knows for sure.

Mil intel can slurp enemy comms. If I were mil intel, this one would be fake too, to provoke comms. So those who shout about decodes may be helping, who knows for sure?
