im unable to find the post now. (old assange post maybe?) stated 2016 was rigged the same as the 2020 election. Russian hackers disabled (dominion? whichever cheating apparatus) just out of their own spite for hillary, and thus Hillary's genuine surprise when she didnt win and panic room emergency meeting. Hillary actually did/does think russia helped trump win and used that pretext to build the collusion narrative
