On top of the fact that like 50% of the money spent on the lottery doesn't go to the prize pool. And that winners end up paying another huge chunk in taxes, I also suspect it's rigged at least some of the time.
Why are ticket sales to the powerball etc. Ended hours before drawings instead of minutes which technology should easily allow? To give time to analyze data and act/rig?
Plus the slush fund aka lottery money that is donated to schools. How much is skimmed? This critical race theory garbage is exposing how corrupt even our school boards have become. Have these board members been bought and paid for?
