"Cannot" not "can not"

"ride any roller coasters our high-speed attractions at our park." Should be "ride any high-speed roller coasters at Universal Studios"

"...suggests you wait one year due to cardiac result" would be "suggests you consult a medical professional to screen for heart conditions before engaging in high-speed attractions."

This was obviously made by someone who is not strong or average at english composition nor has the creator worked in an environment where public facing copy is generated.

Low effort fraud meme.
