We had a team specially for rapid engine changes and everyone wanted to be on it as the drinks the guilty party had to buy them meant they didn't have to pay for booze.
I believe it been modified in USMC hands, they have given it rear access as some of their aircraft are used by the USAF, the acknowledged experts in lubing rear access hatches.
