Mine didn't at first. At the bottom of the page where you put in your information, there is a button labeled "Resend" that you are supposed to click if you didn't get the email confirmation immediately. I clicked it, and the confirmation email came in a few seconds.

I'm determined. I was going to have me an account and try it out if at all possible.

There are a few kinks though. I posted a meme, and then the post disappeared a few hours later. It said I had made no posts. I looked again today, and my post was back on there. Curious.
