I'm not saying there isn't foul play, or even that God isn't playing a part.

I'm just saying that an entire house can burn without touching the trees on one side of it.

I work on a farm, we had a grass fire this year. It started from a 6' wide pile of last year's chaff I intentionally lit. The wind kicked up and it spread only in a straight line with the wind. It went for a couple hundred feet but still only remained roughly 6' wide before the wind changed direction. It stayed 6' wide and didn't spread sideways at all, until the wind changed.
