That's not how that works.
GoDaddy is the domain name registrar and tells you nothing about the website owner or operator (Other than they're probably American or Canadian, and going for the cheapest option considering they're paying an arm and a leg for Cloudflare CDN services).
It's like trying to figure out who the perp is that just robbed a bank and sped off, but your only clue is the logo from the dealership that sold the getaway car.
