I'm not sure about the legal aspect (which is the best route, but not the easiest), but from a health perspective the primary vaccine danger is the spike protein itself. That mean's that many of the same tools that work against SARS work against the vaccine. So if they have to take the vaccine, they can protect themselves against it.
First and foremost they need to not be vitamin deficient. Vitamin D and Zinc are the most important. Quercetin is a Zn ionophore (helps Zinc get into the cells). Quercetin and Zinc can come together, and this is a good method for getting both (I am not advocating that brand, it's just the first one I found on a search).
In addition to those (which are most important) there is also Vitamin C (take a fair bit), Magnesium (helps with Zinc absorption), B vitamins are always good. Potassium (vitamin K) often comes with Vitamin D and helps with that absorption.
It is also a really good idea to take HCQ if you can. Ivermectin I highly recommend (probably good to take it anyways, at least for a short time). If you can't get a prescription for IVR you can buy the horse version. Dosage is 1/12 of the tube per 100lbs of body weight. If you get the jab take 1 dose for the first couple days, then 1 dose per three days after for two weeks. Do that for each jab you get.
There is also Acetylcysteine which can help reduce the negative effects of the immune response.
The spike proteins are one problem. But the nanoparticles (which may be magnetic/paramagnetic and/or related to graphene) are another big part of the problem.
It's much better to avoid the jabs altogether than to accept the jabs and subsequently try to defeat them with a cocktail of meds/supplements that we are just beginning to understand.
There is no good evidence related to the magnetic and/or graphene angles. Not that there is no evidence, but it isn't good evidence. What I am doing is giving advice based on what has good evidential support. The others may very well be nothing but fears (especially the graphene).
As for the magnetism, meh. Whatever it is (if it is anything at all), it doesn't seem to be harmful. And if its something super nefarious, there is no reasonable advice anyone can possibly give to protect against it, other than "don't get the vax" since its a complete unknown.
Don't get the vax is the obvious answer, but that may not be an option. If it is not an option then protecting yourself against what the data we have suggests is the best path. Having fears of unknowns is not useful in any way.
There is literally zero reason to suspect that this has any validity. It is pure supposition and has no basis in reality given what evidence actually exists.
I prefer to worry about things for which there is actual evidence rather than the fears that others can create with too little knowledge.

Until you walk into or are shot at with a frequency that vibrates the nanoparticles (metal microscopic balls) in your body.
