Hello. I watched/listened to episodes 001-004 and will ingest later episodes when time permits. Your premise is interesting, and your purpose seems honorable.
Questions:
Can a psychopath be 'reformed?'
Can someone who is not a psychopath innately comprehend the perspective of one through empathy? Or must one be 'trained' to grasp how they think?

Answers: No, I don't believe so - not in any humane way, anyhow. Lobotomy, but what would be the point.
Trained - most people aren't inherently evil - it's a learned/forced behavior. Trauma at a young age is like dry timber for that fire.
It's why I used the Silence of The Lambs analogy - the whole reason Clarice couldn't catch the killer is bc she didn't know how they thought & acted.
They can change, I have seen this happen many times.
We are not created tabula rasa.
