so the question is what's the key part of the plant that does it?
you can make:
dandelion tea
use the greens for salads (wash them first!)
roots are edible as well (its better if they are older than a year so the roots aren't so bitter)
any pede have experience trying any of these?
In the article they mentioned leaves. I was just looking up available dandelion products and almost all lean on the root. Wine is made from the flowers. Dandelion roots as well as chicory can be dried, roasted, and brewed for a coffee substitute but roasting seems destructive and it isn't as bitter as the leaves. So I bought 10,000 dandelion seeds and am getting big planters ready. Surely this is the easiest, cheapest, most versatile, and even nourishing plant remedy yet.
