Ok, i love my president but now i truly have to wonder what his secret is.... he doesn't do plastic surgery or any of that stuff so what the hell is that young ass old man doing to seemingly get more youthful???? his hair... i can see him being ok with color.... i doubt it but you never know.... but his skin is tight, tan, and vibrant... kinda fukn cool. What do you think, is he using some super model secrets or something??? maybe he's using some Tesla tech... like, i dunno, that glass wand (brain isn't working atm)... as for the speech.. i love it more when he shoots from the hip... wish he would drop some damn intel and actual updates.. he did say he didn't think that was actually Joe Biden... fitting, i call him Faux Biden, the Pretender n chief, the Resident of THE UNITED STATES... you know, that dead corporation... the charade can't continue much longer i don't think... but i'm surprised it's lasted this long... freakin audits are like Q drops...takin forever to see the results of the claims.

Ackschually, there were numerous people living well past 100 that smoked and drank.
I have a suspicion that the main factor in longevity and health is your inner light. If you want really want to live, enjoy life and live for truth you will most likely live longer.
This is the biggest common denominator I've found looking at various centenarians.
I age in slow motion and nothing has phased me in about 20 years. People never believe my age when they ask for it. And I ate like a stupid little brat for most of my life, never got fat but copious amounts of sweets.
My guess is that people who eat and live "clean and healthy" have a disproportionate tendency for enjoying life and wanting to live long and well. On the contrary, people who smoke and drink more often than not do so to escape life as opposed to deriving more joy from this glorious life.
There's a lot of evidence (but definitely no proof so far) to this notion.
That said, I would never recommend an unhealthy lifestyle. But I am questioning to what extent food, alcohol and substances really play a negative role in health and longevity.
