We only use the phrase as "Qed" and its written out "Quod erat demonstrandum".
Since Q is currently, at least in the mainstream, considered a fringe conspiracy theory / hypothesis, it would follow that once Trump returns and arrests start happening Q would become proven, which makes the original phrase "Qed / Quod erat demonstrandum" fitting.
If you just leave it as "Q erat demonstrandum" the phrase still makes sense, but instead of "What" it becomes "Q was to be proven."
As Q is also adamant about logic, the phrase, with minor modification, hence gets an interesting triple meaning:
