A friend is 26 years old, fully vaxed, and on his way to the emergency room with chest pains and difficulty breathing. Praying he's ok.

The ICD9 codes have an E section for execution. There was execution by beheading, gillotine, hanging, etc. I saw it when obummercare was being decided.
