Don't get me wrong I wouldn't put it past any athlete today to do such a thing but immediately I thought it was weird that they were still holding their hands to their chests. This might be one of those rare times it was a misunderstanding.

Besides, I'd expect to see Rapinoe front and centre of anything like this. She is a WEF puppet after all. Her and Rio Ferdinand:
