Can't. A portion of Congress asked Peter to - when he had the time - and if he wasn't too busy - to consider - potentially - turn over some documents that will most likely incriminate himself.

What will potentially land him in jail is if he fails to comply with a subpoena. I am hopeful that will be next, but I am not holding my breath.
