Pennsylvania has a Cuyahoga County? I must confess I'm a little jealous. I thought only Ohio could accomplish such a feat. Ohio's Cuyahoga should be audited every year given the absolute nutcases that get in to office there.

I think this is a typo, I can't find anything 'Cuyahoga' in PA, no county or city.
