How are they suppose to know who has been jabbed and who is not, if that health information is covered by HIPPA privacy rules?

From what I see, they take your identification down when you get it.

So they just take something like the voter roles for a county and compare.

I dont know if thats EXACTLY what they do, but it would be something like that. Maybe utility bills or something.

Either way, I dont think it would be difficult to figure out who has and who hasnt.
