For second, having a ground antenna on my property in close proximity to my living quarters is an untested scenario in terms of potential biological effects. Even with focused beams there could be considerable side scattering RF waves which are disruptive to sleep and cellular regeneration. I'd like to test if I can build a 4 sided Faraday cage around the antenna to mitigate that effect, but that would require applying for the service in the first place. Chicken and egg
