Why should any cyber attack be "COVID-like"? What does that even mean? That it's fake, but backed by massive amounts of propaganda from organizations that have been weaponized against the people?

I was puzzled at that too. Could they mean some super computer viruses infecting all systems connected to the internet on the grid?

I think they unintentionally mean that it will be another orchestrated crisis that they are pulling the levers on.
